HR jobs offer handsome pay packages and assure you of a promising future as well. You can join as an HR associate or a HR trainee, at the start of your career. The next level is to lead a team of HR called as the lead HR. Then, furthermore, there is a HR manager who is responsible to manage a big team or couple of small teams.  From here, you can even grow further to become a HR business partner, then HR Associate Vice President and then finally HR Vice President!
