A bachelor’s degree is the basic requirement for intern positions. But when you register for any such program, make certain that you enrol in one that is recognized by the Council on Social Work Education USA. At present there are more than four hundred recognized programs all across the country. Many of the mentioned programs call for experience in the respective field.

There are many universities in the USA that do not ask for any kind of experience. Such universities also offer paid internships.
