Writing a CV can be different slightly different from other writings for it will depend on the position you are applying. Below are some of the important guidelines that you need to follow while drafting a resume and that your employer get impress at the very first look and shortlist you.

- Avoid abbreviations. Do not use abbreviation. These create a negative feeling on your employer. You must also understand that the HR people and your employer are not experts in all areas, thus minimizing the possibility of having you CV dumping.
